Through Video developed a video series for RoboticVision’s wool fibre testing machines, creating a practical resource for customer education, training and repeat customer questions.
The work began by understanding how the machines were used, what customers were asking and what information needed to be communicated. The videos were then structured around those needs, giving RoboticVision a consistent video manual they could use with customers and staff.
